3 weeks agoIn reference to Companys letter dated 30 July 2026 with regard to intimation for convening meeting of Board of Directors of the Company and pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. 11 August 2026 has approved inter-alia the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Further we would like to state that Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued limited review reports on the above said financial results.
