1 month agoPursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday 30th July 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 along with the Limited Review Report (on the recommendation of the Audit Committee held on same day prior to the Board Meeting).2. A copy of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 and Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors is enclosed herewith as Annexure. The same is also being published in the Newspapers in the prescribed format.
