In this regard we are enclosing the Proceedings of the Meeting pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 along with Consolidated Voting Results as submitted by the Scrutinizer. The meeting ended at 12:30 p.m.We request you to take a note of the above pursuant to respective SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
