Further there is no pending information or announcement from the Company which may have bearing of the price behaviour in the scrip.

The said acquisition has been undertaken for the purpose of development ownership and operation of a 6.0 MW (Agi C) solar power project at Hipparagi Karanataka awarded under RESCO mode by Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM).
