1 month agoThis is to inform you that upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held earlier today i.e. Wednesday 15th July 2026 the members of the Rights Issue Committee at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 15th July 2026 inter-alia considered that due to some unavoidable circumstances to revoke the Rights Issue which was announced by the Board of Directors of the Company on 7th May 2026.
