3 weeks agoIn continuation to our communication dated July 15 2026 pertaining to the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 an addendum is being issued containing significant accounting policies of the Company forming part of the Standalone and Consolidated financials of the Company which have been included from Page No. 239 onwards and an inadvertent error on Page No. 105 has been rectified. Apart from these changes all other contents / information of Annual Report and the AGM Notice shall remain unchanged.
