(PTL) (a 51% subsidiary of the Company) Company has today received a copy of the Report on the Results of the Securities Acquisition informing that 162 812 291 nos. of Ordinary Shares constituting 18.09% of the paid up share capital of PTL have been tendered and acquired by the aforesaid Tender Offeror.A copy of the Report in Form256-2 is attached.
