3 weeks agoThis is to inform that the Company has scheduled the Eighty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company on Tuesday September 08 2026 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) Please find enclosed herewith the Notice of Eighty-Seventh Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for financial year 2025-26. the electronic copy of the Notice of the Eighty-Seventh AGM and the Annual Report for the FY 2025-26 are being sent by an email to those Members whose email addresses are registered with the Companys RTA/Depositories.
