In this regard the Company got in touch with the BSE and as per their suggestion the financials were submitted with the stock exchange by email to "[email protected]" within the stipulated time of 30 minutes from the conclusion of Board meeting and ensured the compliance within the deadline of 30 minutes. Since the site is now functional we are uploading the said financial results now but that will obviously be after the 30 minutes timeline. Request you to kindly acknowledge this submission as a timely submission.
