1 week agoPursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday 26th August 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company inter alia has considered and approved following businesses:1. Increase in Authorized Share Capital of the Company from existing Rs. 16 50 00 000/- (Rupees Sixteen Crores Fifty Lakhs) divided into 16 50 00 000 (Sixteen Crores Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each to Rs. 31 50 00 000/- (Rupees Thirty One Crores Fifty Lakhs only) divided into 31 50 00 000 (Thirty One Crores Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each.2. Alteration in the Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting the new Clause no. III [A] (8) subject to the approval of members in their General Meeting as attached.
