2 weeks agoWe wish to inform that Mr. Birendra Kumar DIN:08666368 (Non-Executive Independent Director) & Mrs. Veena Aggarwal DIN:00060415 (Non-Executive-Non-Independent Director) of the Company have vacated the office of Director(s) wef end of business hours on August 13 2026 by operation of Law under section 167(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2013 on account of having absented themselves from all the meetings held during the period of twelve (12) months with or without taking Leave of absence of the Board.We confirm that the aforesaid vacation has occured solely on account of operation of Sec-167(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2013 and there are no other material reasons for the cessation of their directorship.
