Marble City India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising funds by way of issue of fresh Equity Shares/Convertible Warrants through preferential basis along-with other matter if any as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The Board if required would also consider to conduct an Extraordinary General Meeting/ Postal Ballot process to seek approval of the shareholders inter-alia in respect of the aforesaid proposals(s) if the same are approved by the Board. In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct on prohibition of insider trading it is hereby intimated that the trading window for dealing in the shares/securities of the Company for designated persons/insiders of the Company will continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of outcome of Board Meeting.
