3 days agoPursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today on Thursday August 20 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the raising of funds through the issuance of fully paid up Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each by way of Rights Issue to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on record date (to be determined and notified subsequently) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 15 Crores.
