A copy of the same alongwith Limited Review Report on the said results is enclosed herewith.2. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered reviewed and approved the request received from Mr. Aashish Jajodia seeking reclassification from the Promoter category to Public category under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 subject to receipt of approval and no-objection letter from Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited and subject to the approval of the shareholders.
