It has come to our notice that due to an inadvertent typographical error the agenda was stated as consideration of the financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30.06.2026.We wish to clarify that the Board Meeting is scheduled to consider and approve inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended 30.06.2026 along with other agenda items as already intimated.This revised intimation is being submitted solely to rectify the aforesaid inadvertent error. All other contents of the earlier intimation shall remain unchanged.
