To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.b. To consider and approve the date time and mode of holding of the 119th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and to finalise the record date for determining the eligible shareholders entitled to receive Dividend if declared by the Members of the Company and also to finalize the dates of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company alongwith approval of the Directors Report and Notice convening the AGM.c.
