Harjinder Singh Jonjua for the insolvency matter of M/s Telephone Cables Limited - a joint sector unit one of the promoters being PSIDC of the Pb. Govt. 2. The Board expressed that Consortium should take advantage of all benefits or concessions by whatever name called for MSMEs in this regard. 3. Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua Retd. will act as Authorised Representative on behalf of the company as well as Consortium in this regard. Further Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua Advocate (M. No.: P/879/2010) will act as an Adv. for the company as well as Consortium in any legal matter. 4. The Board also reviewed the day-to-day activities of the Company.
