1 week agoPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Mr. Ashrith Kumar Kovver as a Branch Head - Hyderabad & Chennai and designated him as a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulation 2015 with effect from September 01 2026.
