1 month agoPursuant to the proviso to regulation 15(2)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 where the provisions of Regulations 17 to 27 and Clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and paras C D and E of Schedule V become applicable to our Company as the paid-up share capital of our Company is less than Rs. 10 Crores but Net worth of our Company is more than Rs. 25 Crores.
