1 month agoWith reference to the captioned subject we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 12th August 2026 has inter-alia approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company together with segment wise revenue and results segment wise assets and liabilities for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026 duly recommended by the Audit Committee in the meeting held on 12th August 2026 in compliance with the requirements of Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Approval of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results together with segment wise revenue and results segment wise assets and liabilities for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026.2. Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought before the Board with the kind consent of the Chairman.
