3 weeks agoPursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Companys Wind Farm comprising three Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) with an aggregate installed capacity of 6.3 MW has been awarded the Best Performing Wind Farm for FY 2025-26 in Zone-III.The prestigious award was presented by the Chairman of the Indian Wind Power Association (IWPA) Shri T. Shivaraman at the IWPA Conference held in Coimbatore on August 22 2026.

1 month agoFurther to our intimation dated July 16 2026 regarding the approval for acquisition of an additional 20% equity share capital of Peanutbutter and Jelly Limited (CIN:U15400MH2022PLC377342) ("PBJL") by Heritage Foods Limited ("the Company") from its existing shareholders we wish to inform you that the equity shares forming part of the said acquisition have been duly credited to the Companys demat account on July 27 2026.Accordingly the acquisition has been completed and PBJL has become a 71% subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 27 2026.
