3 weeks agowith reference to the penalty levied by the BSE Limited we inform that a penalty of Rs.5 000/- was levied under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR Regulations. The Penalty pertains to one-day delay in filing of the RPT Disclosure for the half year ended March 2026 in XBRL Mode. The disclosure was due on May 28 2026 but due to technical issue it was filed on May 29 2026. The comment of the Board is attached herewith.
