The Company on August 10 2026 has subscribed to and has been allotted 2 60 48 649 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each of BECIS Solar 5 Private Limited ("Target Company") which amounts to 26.43% of shareholding in the target Company as on date and with this last tranche of investment it completes the said acquisition.
