Pursuant to Regulation 30 Appointment of Mr. Avdhesh Chaurasiya (DIN:10277816) as whole-time director of the Company w.e.f. 01.08.2026 for a period of 5 years with effect from 01st August 2026 to 31st July 2031 and He is also appointed as CFO of the Company.2. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 had interalia considered and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2026 together with the Limited Review Report.
