The Annual Report containing 38th AGM is also uploaded on the Companies Website and the same shall also be available on the website of NSDL.

Alteration of the Main Objects Clause III(A) of the Memorandum of Association by inserting a new Main Object No. 4 relating to nutraceuticals natural extracts and food ingredients subject to approval of Members by Special Resolution at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting.2. Revised Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on 25th September 2026.
