6 months agoPursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are pleased to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. February 14 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the following: -1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the Quarter/ Period ended December 31 2025. (Copy enclosed along with Limited Review Report). The Board Meeting commenced at 04:30 P.M and concluded at 05.30 P.M.
