In continuation to our earlier disclosures we wish to inform that the company has successfully repaid the entire outstanding fund-based borrowings availed from banks and financial institutions in accordance with the agreed settlement terms thereby fully discharging its payment obligations in respect of such facilities. Consequently the company is now debt-free in respect of fund-based borrowings from banks and financial institutions as on the date of this disclosure.
