The Company has fixed Wednesday September 2 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to receive Final Dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31 2026 if approved at the AGM. The final dividend once approved by the Members in the ensuing AGM will be paid to the eligible Members within the stipulated period of 30 days of declaration.
