1 day agoThis is with reference to our intimation letter dated September 1 2026 about the 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which is scheduled to be held on Thursday September 24 2026 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company including the Notice of 71st AGM for the financial year 2025-26 which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members.

1 week agoWe would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today i.e. Thursday 27th August 2026 the Board has declared an interim dividend of INR 7.50/- (Indian Rupees Seven and Fifty Paisa) and a special dividend of INR 86.50/- (Indian Rupees Eighty Six and Fifty Paisa) per equity share of INR 10 (Indian Rupees Ten) each of the Company.
