3 weeks agoFedbank Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Raising of funds by debt instruments including non-convertible debentures (either Indian Currency / Foreign Currency) not exceeding Rs. 2 500 Crores as a part of the proposed increase in the overall borrowing limit pursuant to Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act 2013 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
