2 days agoThe Company received a communication from BSE Limited dated September 11 2026 regarding non-submission of financial results under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 with a SOP fine of Rs. 1 53 400/-. The Company subsequently filed an application on September 14 2026 seeking full waiver of the said fine which is presently under consideration by BSE.

The results shall be submitted to the Stock Exchange at the earliest upon completion of the said process and Board approval. The Company regrets the delay.
