No. L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/2026-2027/3586 dated April 9 2026 we hereby clarify that the Company has always made timely disclosure of requisite information / event or operation / performance update including price sensitive information etc. which are covered under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.Further we would like to clarify that the Company has not withheld any material or price sensitive information/event occurring from the Exchange which in our opinion would have bearing on the price of the shares of the Company. The movement in the price of the Companys securities is market driven and the Company has no control over such market movements.We hereby request you to kindly take note of the above clarification.
