3 weeks agoFurther to our letter no.: EFL/2026-27/23 dated 4th August 2026 please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 12th August 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended on 30th June 2026 along with the limited review report of the statutory Auditor thereon as per the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
