3 weeks agoEastern Silk Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve We here by inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 07th August 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30 2026. Furthermore in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as adopted by the Company in compliance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2026.
