Dindigul Farm Product Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve The meeting of the Board of Directors of Dindigul Farm Product Limited was convened on 01-09-2026 at 03.30 PM at through Video Conferencing.The requisite quorum for the meeting as prescribed under Section 174 of the Companies Act 2013 and the applicable provisions of the Articles of Association of the Company was not present.The Chairman after ascertaining the attendance of the Directors noted that the meeting could not proceed for want of the requisite quorum. Hence the Chairman adjourned the meeting.The meeting was therefore adjourned to 08-09-2026 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the Articles of Association of the Company.The adjourned meeting to be held on Tuesday 08th September 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the business as mentioned in the earlier Intimation disclosed on 28-08-2026 You are requested to take the above on record and disseminate to all concerned.
