Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that aninvestors/analysts group conference call on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026 is scheduled to be held on Friday July 24 2026 at 04:30 P.M. Dalmia Bharat Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday July 24 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026.Further in continuation of our earlier intimation dated June 26 2026 regarding closure of Trading Window we would like to re-iterate that in accordance with the Companys code for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026.
