1 month agoPursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 33 and 52 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on July 29 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved:- the Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2026 in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 33 and 52 of the Listing Regulations.- the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration No. 117364W/W100739) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company (based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee) for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for FY 2026-27 until the conclusion of the AGM to be held for FY 2031-32 subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
