We hereby inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 21st July 2026 have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Sodani (DIN 08789604) as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a further period of 2 years effective from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2029 subject to the approval of the shareholders.
