2 months agoWith reference to the penalty levied by the Stock Exchange(s) we inform that a penalty of Rs. 5 000/- was levied under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI Listing Regulations. The penalty pertains to one-day delay in filing of the Related Party Transactions disclosure for half-year ended March 31 2026 in XBRL mode. The disclosure was due on April 20 2026 but due to technical or system related issue it was filed on April 21 2026. The comment of the Board is attached herewith.
