Audited financial results along with statement of assets and liabilities and cash flow for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2026. 2. Auditors Report on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2026. 3. Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.40 per equity share (i.e. @ 4%) having face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2025-26 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the AGM shall be paid/ dispatched within the prescribed time after the conclusion of the AGM.
