Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 and took note of the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. Azad Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants the Statutory Auditors of the Company;2. Declared 1st Interim Dividend of Re.1/- (100 %) per Equity Share (of the face value of Re.1/- each) for financial year 2026-27 subject to deduction of tax at source.
