We wish to inform that the Executive Committee of the board of Bhagyanagar India Limited in their meeting held today i.e. August 13 2026 inter-alia considered and approved the allotment of 15 01 434 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) each for cash at an issue price of Rs.348/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Forty Eight Only) per Equity Share including premium of Rs.346/- (Rupees Three Hundred and Forty Six Only) per share.
