2 weeks agoThis is to inform you that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Balkrishna Industries Limited (Company) at its meeting held today i.e. 18th August 2026 has considered and approved the issuance and allotment of 55 000 (Fifty Five Thousand) [rated listed senior unsecured redeemable non-cumulative non-convertible debentures] of face value of INR 1 00 000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh only) each aggregating up to INR 550 crores (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Fifty crores) (Non Convertible Debentures) in multiple tranches on private placement basis.
