Chartered Accountants as the Internal Auditor and M/s. D Maurya and Associates Practising Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company. The Board also took note of the resignation received from the existing Secretarial Auditor M/s. Nishant Bajaj & Associates Practicing Company Secretaries.
