As per recent circulars issued by NSE and BSE, the market lot size for derivative contracts on select individual stocks has been revised in line with SEBI guidelines.

What this means

- Existing positions may need to be aligned with the revised lot size
- Certain spread combinations may not be available during the transition
What should be done
- Check if open positions are affected
- Adjust quantity to match the revised lot size
- Or square off positions before the change takes effect
Positions not aligned with the revised lot size may be restricted or available only for square-off.
