This is now the third time I’m facing the exact same issue where the option prices freeze or stop updating completely during live market hours - both on the web and mobile platforms.
Even in the portfolio section on the mobile app, the price was stuck and not reflecting actual market movement. This is completely unacceptable for a trading platform.
Today, I literally had to use another broker’s chart to make trading decisions because your platform was unreliable again. This isn’t just an inconvenience anymore; it’s a direct threat to capital and trading accuracy.
I have already raised this issue via email multiple times earlier, but it’s very clear no permanent fix has been provided. Your team closes the ticket temporarily and the issue just repeats again.
If this is not escalated and permanently fixed immediately, I will be left with no option but to consider switching brokers and escalating this with the exchanges.
Fix this or give me a clear timeline when it will be resolved permanently. I need a clear confirmation and guarantee from your end that this price freeze issue will be resolved permanently (not temporarily) as that is the only acceptable solution for me going forward
