I like most of the things about Fyers - speed, features, desktop terminal, price. However, the support system needs a lot more streamlining.
I had created a ticket 587639 on 5-Oct. There is still no response on this ticket. Not only that. I am not able to view the status of this ticket in http://support.fyers.in/login.php. I get an access denied error when I enter the ticket number here. I don't like posting about it in a community forum but I don't see any other escalation path.
Is Fyers management even looking at customer service metrics? How many tickets are created per month, how many tickets are open, what is the age for tickets (time taken for resolution), which areas have the most problems. Beyond a point, any organization needs a solid customer service policy and system.
This is an area Zerodha excels at. Even a player like Finvasia has an open and prompt customer service system.
