My account XK01682 has been charged with Late Payment Charges on 31st Aug 2021. My Ledger Balance clearly shows, that there has been no instance of balance going below zero, let alone negative balance. As per terms, this charge is applied when balance goes below -100. There is no explanation as to why I am charged in my case.
I have raised multiple tickets since start of september, but have been receiving no reply from Fyers Support. This is really pathetic. Please help with refund of the charges.
Latest Ticket raised for this is 570967 (27 Sep) with Smart Ledger attached from the old backoffice.
