Why am I not able to login to Trading View through Fyers (or vice-versa)

I am not going past step 3 i.e. not gettting any request/pop-up or anything for logging into Trading View. I am doing this first time. I am an existing customer on both platforms separately, however I have given the same e-mail id on both platforms. Someone please help. What is going wrong here so that I can correct it.
