Why am I getting 403 while retrieving historical data

Hello team,

I’m noticing error below while retrieving historical data for stocks. The app is active. Can someone please suggest turnaround?

Hey @vyankatesh_s_repal

While creating the app , the permissions has to be given to fetch the history data , please give the app permissions from the API dashboard to avoid this error.

Hi @WWhYB2qrsx Thanks for your turnaround. Yes the required permissions are set however I notice the same error.

If we need re-kyc due to inactivity on the account, can it cause this error? The app seems to be “active” although.

Team, account is reactivated still I’m noticing below error.

Application has enough access granted for the historical data.

Please advise asap.
